Are the products authentic?
Yes. All our products are sourced from authorized suppliers and brand partners. Every item is carefully inspected in our warehouse in Zurich and fitted with a security tag.
Our promise: 100% authentic products — no compromises.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 1–5 business days from dispatch.
How much does shipping cost?
Flat rate of CHF 9.– per order.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
What happens if I’m not home for delivery?
The courier will leave a delivery notice so you can reschedule or collect your parcel from the local post office or pickup point.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item?
Yes. Unworn and undamaged items can be returned within 14 days, as long as the security tag remains attached.
Which items cannot be returned?
- Underwear
- Swimwear
(for hygiene reasons)
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
How do I return an item?
Register your return in your customer account under:
“My Orders” → “Request a Return”

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Is my payment secure?

Orders
How do I place an order?
Select your item and size, then click “Add to Cart” and follow the checkout process.
Do I need a customer account?
No. You can also check out as a guest. With an account, you can track orders, manage returns, and download invoices.
How do I know my order was successful?
After checkout, you will see a confirmation page and receive an email with your order details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as your order has not yet been shipped, please contact our customer service. We will do our best to help.

Shoes & Special Items
Shoes must be returned unworn and in perfect condition, including the original shoebox.
The shoebox must not be used as the shipping box.
Gift Cards & Discount Codes
How do I redeem a code?
Enter your code in the “Discount code” field during checkout.
Why doesn’t my code work?
Please check the spelling and expiration date. Some brands or products may be excluded from promotions.
