1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop www.3punkt5.ch at the 3.5 Brands Store, operated by Aleanz GmbH, Zurich (UID: CHE-223.540.840).
By completing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Our Quality Promise
All items are carefully inspected in our warehouse in Zurich before shipping and are fitted with a security tag.
This tag serves as proof that the item is in perfect condition and must remain attached to the product in order for a return to be accepted.
3. Offer & Contract Formation
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking “Place order”, the customer submits a binding order.
An order confirmation is sent by email. For physical goods, the purchase contract is concluded upon dispatch of the goods.
4. Prices & Shipping Costs
All prices include the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT).
Shipping costs:
Flat rate of CHF 9.– per order within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
No additional taxes or fees apply, except for possible customs charges in special cases.
Uncollected or undeliverable shipments may be charged a return fee of CHF 25.–.
Strikethrough prices refer to the original market price.
5. Delivery
We deliver within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Delivery time:
Usually 1–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If an item is unavailable, the customer will be informed promptly. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries or cancel individual items.
6. Customer Account & Data Protection
Creating a customer account is optional; orders can also be placed as a guest.
Personal data is treated confidentially and used solely for order processing, customer service, and – if activated – marketing purposes.
Data is only shared with third parties when necessary to fulfill the contract (e.g. shipping or payment service providers).
7. Payment Methods
We offer the following payment options:
- TWINT
- Visa / MasterCard / American Express
- PayPal
- PostCard
All payments are processed via secure, encrypted connections.
We do not store any bank or credit card details.
8. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of Aleanz GmbH until full payment has been received.
9. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Unworn and undamaged items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided the security tag remains attached to the product.
The following items are excluded from returns:
- Underwear
- Swimwear
(for hygiene reasons)

Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Condition of Goods / Compensation
If returned goods are not in their original, resaleable condition (e.g. damaged, soiled, worn, or without the security tag), we reserve the right to charge an appropriate compensation or to refuse the return.
For late returns (after the 14-day period), a handling fee may be charged.
After successful inspection, the refund will be made using the original payment method.
10. Shoes & Special Items
Shoes must be returned unworn and in perfect condition, including the original shoebox.
The shoebox must not be used as the shipping box.
11. Authenticity Guarantee
All products are sourced from authorized suppliers and brand partners.
We guarantee 100% authentic products.
12. Gift Cards & Promotion Codes
Promotion codes are valid for a limited time and can only be redeemed once per order.
Multiple codes cannot be combined.
Refunds for orders paid using promotion codes will be issued in the form of a new promotion code.
13. Warranty & Liability
The customer is required to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and report any defects without delay.
Aleanz GmbH shall not be liable for minor negligence or for the services of third parties (e.g. shipping, payment, or hosting providers).
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
15. Changes to the Terms & Conditions
Aleanz GmbH reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The version valid at the time of the order shall apply.
