3.5 Outlet GmbH only sells goods that are in perfect condition. When the goods arrive at 3.5 Outlet GmbH, they will be checked and supplied with security labels. If this security label is removed from a piece of clothing, it is no longer possible to return the purchased goods.

3.3 If the parcel is not picked up at the post office or is undeliverable, the costs of the returns to the buyer will be charged (CHF 25).

4. Delivery conditions

4.1 The delivery of physical goods is done within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

4.2 The delivery time for Switzerland and Liechtenstein is 1 to 5 working days, unless differently specified in the offer. If a longer delivery time is necessary, the customer will be informed immediately after the 5th working day.

4.3 Should not all ordered products be in stock, 3.5 outlet GmbH is allowed to partial deliveries. 3.5 outlet GmbH will bear the costs for the next deliveries to complete the shipment of the ordered goods.

Availability of items

When ordering several items from the customer, 3.5 Outlet GmbH will provide a collected processing of all items. This processing is provided in detail and 3.5 outlet GmbH strong puts much effort provide detailed information about the availability of the articles. However, it may be that one or more items displayed as available during the order are no longer available. 6. Payment terms

6.1 Payment is made to customers in Switzerland by credit card or direct bank transfer.

8.1 Customers can return unworn goods within 14 days to 3.5 Outlet GmbH when the security label must not be removed from the clothing. The period begins after receiving the goods from the recipient.

Returns in shop: 3.5 Outlet GmbH takes back items that the customer purchased in the online shop in the “3.5 Designer Outlet” Store. The refunds in gift vouchers or exchanges of items in the shop are free of charge.

The invoice of the order must be presented at the cash register.

The opening hours of the store are noted on the homepage.

Returns by post: The customer can use the returned form provided with the package. The customer must enter the name and address in the provided lines. A return copy must be provided with returns.

The goods must be returned only if it is not weared, washed, or damaged. The purchased items can exclusively be returned in new original packaging and incl. label (s) and security labels will be returned. Otherwise, 3.5 Outlet GmbH is authorized not to accept returned goods and to request compensation.

8.2 Shoes must not be weared or not damaged if the customer wants to return them. The shoes must be returned with the corresponding, damaged original packaging (shoe box). This shoe box, but should not be used as return package, but should also be packaged.

10. Gift vouchers and promotional codes
